Integration setup

Connect your tools with confidence.

Set up a shared company connection once. Steadframe tests it before saving and keeps credentials encrypted.

Choose the connection that fits your workflow

Zapier and Make are best for flexible automation. Zendesk receives support escalations. HubSpot and Pipedrive receive approved sales leads.

Zapier

Send Steadframe events into any Zapier workflow.

No developer app is needed. A Zapier Catch Hook URL is all you need.

  1. 1

Create a new Zap and set its trigger app to Webhooks by Zapier.

  2. 2

Choose Catch Hook and leave the child-key field empty, then copy the generated webhook URL.

  3. 3

In Steadframe, open AI employees, Sales Development, CRM connections, then Add connection. Choose Zapier and paste the URL.

  4. 4

Select Test and connect. Return to Zapier, load the test sample, map the fields into the next action, and publish the Zap.

What Steadframe sends: A connection test immediately, then approved lead events and support-escalation events when those actions happen.

Make

Trigger a Make scenario from Steadframe events.

No developer app is needed. Use a Make custom webhook URL.

  1. 1

Create a scenario and add Webhooks as the first module.

  2. 2

Choose Custom webhook, select Add, give it a clear name, and copy its generated URL.

  3. 3

In Steadframe, open AI employees, Sales Development, CRM connections, then Add connection. Choose Make and paste the URL.

  4. 4

Select Test and connect. In Make, run the scenario once to capture the sample, map it to your next module, then turn the scenario on.

What Steadframe sends: A connection test immediately, then approved lead events and support-escalation events when those actions happen.

Zendesk

Create and update tickets for support escalations.

No developer app is needed. You need an agent email and an API token with permission to create tickets.

  1. 1

In Zendesk Admin Center, open Apps and integrations, then APIs and Zendesk API. Enable token access.

  2. 2

Create an API token and copy it. Zendesk only shows the token value once, so store it safely until you finish this setup.

  3. 3

In Steadframe, choose Zendesk. Enter only the subdomain from your Zendesk URL, the relevant agent email, and the API token.

  4. 4

Select Test and connect. Future Steadframe escalations create or update tickets with the relevant conversation context.

What Steadframe sends: Support-conversation details needed to create or update a Zendesk ticket after an escalation.

HubSpot

Sync approved leads into HubSpot contacts and companies.

Create a private app inside your HubSpot account. This is not a public marketplace app or a developer app submission.

  1. 1

In HubSpot, open Settings, then Integrations and Private Apps. Create a private app named Steadframe.

  2. 2

    Grant crm.objects.contacts.read, crm.objects.contacts.write, crm.objects.companies.read, and crm.objects.companies.write scopes.

  3. 3

Create the app and copy its access token. HubSpot shows the complete token only at creation time.

  4. 4

In Steadframe, choose HubSpot, paste the private app token, and select Test and connect.

What Steadframe sends: Approved lead and company details required to find or create matching HubSpot CRM records.

Pipedrive

Sync approved leads into Pipedrive people and organizations.

No developer app is needed. Use the API token from the Pipedrive user that should own the connection.

  1. 1

In Pipedrive, open your account menu, then Company settings, Personal preferences, and API.

  2. 2

Copy the API token for the company you want Steadframe to update. The user must be allowed to use the API and create people or organizations.

  3. 3

In Steadframe, choose Pipedrive, paste the API token, and select Test and connect.

  4. 4

Approved leads will be matched to existing records where possible, otherwise a person and organization are created.

What Steadframe sends: Approved lead and company details required to find or create Pipedrive people and organization records.

Troubleshooting

Most connection errors come down to the URL, token, or account permission.

Test fails with 401 or 403
Generate a new token, check the listed permissions, and make sure the token belongs to the intended company account.
Webhook connection succeeds but no automation runs
Open Zapier or Make, capture a fresh test event, map it to the next step, then make sure the Zap or scenario is turned on.
I need to change the destination
Remove the old connection in Steadframe, then add a new one. Approved leads stay in Steadframe unless a connection is active.
