Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Steadframe and its AI employees.

Last updated: July 14, 2026

1. The service

Steadframe provides configurable AI employees that can process authorized business information, prepare content, and perform connected-service actions according to customer settings. Features may change as the service develops.

2. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate account information, have authority to connect each mailbox, social account, website, and data source, and use Steadframe lawfully. Customers control employee permissions, knowledge, approval rules, and autonomy settings and remain responsible for reviewing output and actions.

3. AI output

AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Customers should keep human review enabled for sensitive or consequential actions and must not rely on Steadframe as the sole safeguard for critical decisions.

4. Connected services

Google, Microsoft, Meta, Stripe, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. Their availability, permissions, and policies may affect Steadframe functionality. Customers may revoke a connected service at any time.

5. Plans, payment, and cancellation

Paid access is billed through Stripe according to the plan shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not retroactively refund service already provided, except where required by law.

Where a two-day trial is offered, Stripe collects a payment method at checkout. The subscription begins billing at the displayed monthly price when the trial ends unless it is cancelled beforehand. A workspace may use the introductory trial only once.

6. Acceptable use

Customers may not use Steadframe to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware or spam, obtain unauthorized access, misrepresent identity, evade platform safeguards, or process information without a valid legal basis.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep Steadframe reliable and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, Steadframe is provided without implied warranties and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or AI output.

8. Contact and changes

Questions may be sent to support@steadframe.com. We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means the customer accepts the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
